12 weeks 1 day/ My belly is bigger than yours!

I forgot to put these but I wanted to take one today. All of these pictures were taken early on Monday mornings except the photo at 10 weeks that I took in the afternoon after lunch. 12 weeks pic is definitely bigger! I took it as soon as I wake up. I feel huge already! lol and I still have 6 more months to go! I'm going to post baby bump pictures every month. I wish I took one as soon as I found out I was pregnant to compare but I was too sick to do it.

12 weeks/ 3 months

Three months! That was fast! I was counting the days for this day to come. Yesterday, Adam and I went for our Nt Scan ( nuchal translucency screening test) and we got our results. Baby Pike is fine, no down syndrome or any type of chromosomal defects. We also got to see the baby moving! Baby was kicking full force. I asked the tech if she could tell if its a boy or a girl since I heard from other ladies that their tech could tell the sex in their NT scan. SO the tech said she will go for a girl! hahaha . She said is not 100% sure more likely 60% and it will be confirm at 20 weeks. She said that when its a boy she can tell right a way and that is why she said girl. I knew it! That was my first instinct. She said not to start buying girly stuff yet, that was her prediction and to tell her at 20 weeks if she was right or wrong! Adam said that he now has more time to get me to like the name Hunter lol! I said that I would never ever name my child Hunter hahaha lol

This is a pic of baby's legs. The tech was looking for a penis. She didn;t see one, so so far it's a girl or the baby was hiding it! lol

11 weeks 3 days

Last night was kind of rough. I ate Chipotle and apparently wasn;t good or fresh. I don;t think I need to get into details. Dr. said that if I get worst I should go to the hospital but I think I'm much better now :)

Ok so I made a movie, and I might be crossing the line here, but I saw this other girl doing it so... whatever!

I record the Heartbeat using a home doppler that Adam got me last week. It is kind of noisy in the back mainly because his/her heart is tiny and not loud enough.

Is 95 degrees in Chicago and about to start raining? Have a nice day an d enjoy!

Baby Pics

11 weeks one day

Alright, Here are my little peanut's pics. The baby is 6 weeks 1 day on the first pic and 10 weeks 3 days in the second. Enjoy! Isn't he/she adorable?

11 weeks

Wohoo! 11 weeks. Twenty nine more weeks, Would I survive? Nausea is getting better compare to week 6-8. Headaches are not as bad neither, second trimester is approaching.
Last Wednesday we went to our second check-up. The doctor offered as a NT screening and Adam and I agreed on having one, even though we are not at high risk. Dr. Kosinski told us we could have the ultrasound that same day! I wasn't expecting to see my little peanut that day. So we went to the U/S room and the tech told us that maybe the baby was to small for an NT but maybe he/she was bigger and we could do it that day. Well, peanut was moving all over the place! His/her heart was so fast 176 bpm! It was so nice knowing baby is ok. Of course, we could't do the NT because baby has to measure 4 cm and peanut only measure 3.8 cm so he is actually measuring 10 weeks 5 days when he is supposedly 10 weeks 3 days so he was a little bit bigger than expected. Doctor said we need to come back next week to get the test over with so we are going next Saturday June 27th, can't wait!

We got a small baby doppler but I had only been able to hear peanut's heartbeat 3 times. Everytime I tried to do it so Adam could hear it, I can't never find it!

I already have a bump, I think I had one before I got pregnant but now my belly is not as squachyas it was, it is actually hard! My pants are tight even though I lost 8 pounds!

I told Ioana and Carol last Wednesday, they were happy and surprise! We also told Mark, Sarah and Jeff. They were all so supporting and happy. We also told Mike Nora who even offered to help us babysit,,,yeah right! hahahaha j.k. We are planning to tell the rest of the gang next week.

Of course, most of my family knows and they are all excited about the new addition to the family. And my friends Bridget and Katie know also.

I can't wait for week 18-20 so I can find out the baby's sex so I could stop calling him/her peanut.
We don;t have any boys name yet, although Adam loves the name Hunter ( no way!) . Adam likes rubbing my belly and spoils me way too much! I love him for being so patient.

I will be posting some pictures of baby Pike as well as pics of my growing belly! I can't wait to feel my baby's kicks!
